This service includes a 2-step process:

1. Prepare

   • Learn how to pass behavioral interviews and understand the fundamentals of the interview process.

   • Learn proven strategies and techniques to help you articulate your career story and the value you will bring to any company.

   • Together, we'll design your custom mock interview. Your questions will be based on the role and industry you're targeting.

2. Practice

• Now that you're prepared, I'll conduct and record your mock interview and take notes on your strengths and weaknesses.

• Together, we will remediate your responses and apply strategies and tatice to help you have a successful and conversational interview that yields your desired results.

Day 1 - Interview Strategy Session (2 hour session)

Includes a resume audit/review in advance to ensure it is articulating your accomplishment and value you will bring to a new position.

Day 2 - Mock Interviews (1.5 hour)

Day of Interview - Mindset and Interview Prep (30 minutes) ( Select one interview day)
